- Technology and personal devices have myriad benefits. That is clear. We also know that device use is negatively impacting the wellbeing and learning of young people. It’s time for a shift toward Digital Wellbeing, a more balanced, intentional, and responsible use of technology.
- This interactive training will use evidence-based and positive youth development approaches along with research on the impacts of device use on learning and wellbeing to establish the need for Digital Wellbeing.
- Your trainer, KK Myers with LiveMore ScreenLess, will share youth voice and inspire you to play a role in supporting a shift to Digital Wellbeing at your organization.

Your Trainer
A.J. has served in many roles within the youth services field, from juvenile justice officer, residential care staff to school administrator. Mr. Rinaldi has devoted nearly two decades to youth care and family services with a track record for creating successful behavior management systems and adding value to professional development. He is an independent certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Mr. Rinaldi is the founder of Pit 2 Purpose, a motivational speaking company that aims to inspire people, empower youth care workers and educators, and transform the lives of youth. A.J. has an inspirational and unique style of delivering experience-infused techniques with practical strategies rooted in human behavioral science. Mr. Rinaldi believes that everyone is presented with two choices in life; to remain in the proverbial pit where life places you, or to relentlessly pursue your purpose.
Katherine Myers (KK) , founder and executive director of LiveMore ScreenLess is a seasoned educator with 25 years experience in the classroom. She holds a Master’s in Education. A former College Board Certified National Consultant, she prioritizes best practices for both young people and adults. KK is dedicated to fostering the wellbeing, learning, and leadership of young people by equipping adults to partner with and for young people. KK is true to the LiveMore ScreenLess mission by prioritizing her passion for lots of outdoor pursuits and playfulness - in the company of others. Have a question?
