Your Trainer

Reviewer Photo Marius J. Massie is a nationally recognized trainer, organizational consultant, and founder of Maximum 1™, a framework ecosystem built to help leaders and teams stay steady, relationally strong, and effective when the work gets hard. With more than 20 years of experience across K–12 education, youth‑serving organizations, and leadership development, he helps teams see the invisible patterns that drive burnout, conflict, inconsistency, and stalled progress instead of treating only surface symptoms. Through keynotes, workshops, and consulting partnerships, Marius equips youth‑serving professionals and leaders to strengthen resilience, improve culture, build trust, and design healthier systems for sustainable impact. His work is especially relevant for organizations navigating staff fatigue, relational strain, unclear norms, and the challenge of sustaining people in high‑demand environments.

If your organization is looking for a speaker or trainer who combines lived credibility, systems thinking, and step‑by‑step tools that leaders can apply immediately, Marius offers a distinct voice grounded in resilience, organizational health, and human transformation—and a clear, systematic pathway forward, not just inspiration in the room.
