Your Training Description

Young people and adults all struggle with stress and distraction. Difficulty focusing, having trouble managing emotions, and losing connection with innate creativity are common clues to the need to become more grounded. Stress and distractions tend to eat away at us and dampen our joy for life. No matter your age, there are easy and creative mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and increase self-regulation in any situation.

Adding mindfulness practices to your self-care toolkit will bring immediate benefit to your personal and professional life. You’ll also learn how easy it is to model and teach those skills to help the young people you serve. Having the tools to self-regulate and focus are so critical to a young person’s achievement in school and a skill set that will serve them throughout their life.

This training is just a short introduction to the practices and benefits of mindfulness. In no time at all, you’ll discover how easy it is to fit it into your daily routine. And the more you apply mindfulness techniques, the more you’ll realize the many benefits of the practice. You’ll also learn how you can introduce mindfulness to youth of all ages. This is a vital skill for you to develop and share. Register today!
