Jamil Stamschror-Lott, LICSW is a public speaker; mental health therapist; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional; educator; and the CEO and co-founder of Creative Kuponya. As a Black man, he represents less than 4% of licensed therapists in America. Jamil is a skilled healer and facilitator who has offered over 250 professional speaking engagements. Jamil and his wife Sara co-founded Creative Kuponya in 2017, hoping to dismantle the systemic racism and oppressive forces embedded within our mental health systems and provide therapeutic justice to those who society has pushed into the margins. Creative Kuponya offers innovative mental health care at the intersection of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through three main avenues: individual and family therapy, transformative community healing sessions, education & training.
