Jenilee Telander is the Health Systems Coordinator with the Minnesota Department of Health. She works with health and behavioral healthcare systems across the state, implementing the Zero Suicide framework, which coordinates a multilevel systematic approach to suicide care. Prior to joining the Minnesota Department of Health, Ms. Telander worked as the East Central Regional Prevention Coordinator providing technical assistance and applying a public health approach to substance abuse prevention coalitions and communities in Minnesota.
Ms. Telander has a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Saint Benedict in political science and her Master of Professional Science in environmental studies and sustainability. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature with her husband and their young son. Ms. Telander also loves exploring coffee shops and finding a great latte.
