Jade Schleif (she/her) is the Training Director at YIPA, where she designs and facilitates professional development experiences for youth workers across a wide range of settings. Her work focuses on translating complex topics like behavior, communication, and mental health into practical strategies that support stronger relationships with young people. Before joining YIPA, Jade served as an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow and a 4-H program leader, building a strong foundation in youth development and relationship-based practice. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Justice and Peace Studies from the University of St. Thomas and is passionate about restorative practices, lifelong learning, and strengthening the youth work profession.
Jade brings a grounded, compassionate approach to her work, believing that meaningful change often happens through small, everyday interactions.
