Professional Development For Youth Workers

YIPA members have unlimited access to our professional development training for youth workers. These trainings are short, one to one and a half hour sessions that include theory, practical insights, and strategic methods for assisting youth in making healthy choices.

Individual youth workers have the option to become a member on their own, with unlimited access to all the webinars in our young professional development training options we offer.

Youth workers can immediately implement the information and insight provided in each training into their own work in their community. They are an effective way to build professional competency and awareness to better serve young people in their own personal development, decision making, and challenges.
