Des Icon
  • Adolescence is a powerful and formative stage of identity development, shaped by relationships, lived experiences, culture, environment, and opportunities for connection and repair.
  • Understanding how young people develop a sense of self and how experiences such as stress, adversity, trauma, and belonging influence that process will equip you to actively strengthen youth resilience.
  • Through a resilience-informed lens, you'll learn practical strategies for reframing behavior, shifting from "What's wrong with you?" to "What happened to you?", and supporting young people as they build confidence, connection, and long-term well-being.
