Lara Griffin (she/her) is the founder of Grounded Practice Consulting. Lara’s consulting work supports mission-driven professionals to feel grounded in their values and connected to supportive structures in order to practice meaningful work in the world. She has held roles in direct service in school-based programs, program management, operations management across programs, program evaluation, training, and systems change work. She holds Master’s Degrees in Social Work (MSW) and Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in History and Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies from Oberlin College. Lara is a licensed social worker (LGSW) in the state of Minnesota and a certified Social Work Supervisor.
