Mental Health Basics
- Meditative Movements™ is an innovative technique that integrates easy to follow movements to improve self-care and self-regulation. The movements are adaptable to anyone’s physical ability and incorporate breathing strategies and spoken core value affirmations.
- Explore the mind, body, and being connection and how it affects behavior. Practice Meditative Movements™ that release harmful energies while increasing nurturing ones.
- As you become more aware, you will be better equipped to handle difficult situations. When emotions are heightened, you can redirect and deescalate behavior by performing Meditative Movements™ in the moment.

Your Trainer

In 1992 she graduated from the College of St. Catherine. She is an author, health and wellness columnist and professional speaker. Ellie spends her winters in Florida and loves being with her six grandchildren and family during our Minnesota summers.
