- In this micro course, you will develop skill in setting clear, consistent, and supportive boundaries that build trust and accountability. You will explore why young people test limits, how boundaries help them grow, and common mistakes to avoid.
- Using the SAFE approach, you will learn a practical four-step strategy to set boundaries in a way that fosters self-regulation and mutual respect. Through reflection and real-world application, you will strengthen your ability to guide young people while maintaining a structured and supportive environment.
